The Account Manager for Upgrades and New Construction AND/OR Overbuilds is responsible for on-site representation of Hotwire Communications to the community developer or property management group as well as community members/residents. This role acts as the direct liaison to answer questions about service, pricing, porting phone numbers, and survey and install schedules / appointments. They can also perform customer education after install.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Once contact is signed provide marketing the following information:

    • Copy of the contract

    • Resident roster

    • Completed marketing menu requesting:

      1. Rate Sheet
      2. Website developed
      3. Collateral
      4. Requesting Billing Codes
  • Work with Marketing to coordinate “pre-launch” community-wide signup event with the goal of kick-starting the home survey/LOA process with On-Site Operations Team

  • Be on site throughout entire launch of project (if it is an existing community). Hold meetings whenever appropriate with community representatives or developer

  • Be available to residents to answer questions about Hotwire products, rate sheets and porting phone numbers

  • Represent Hotwire during scheduled property Town Halls and/or Board Meetings

    • Recruits other appropriate internal personnel required depending on the volume or subject matter

  • Obtain list of VIPs, Board Members and other “friendlies” for testing and initial installs

  • Personally handle MSAs and all correspondence for VIPs, Board Members other “friendlies”

  • Handles all escalated customer and on-site subscriber issues

  • Shell Install orders or create Change orders for property depending on the need

  • Complete outgoing calls to the demand at need for ongoing property/ properties.

    • Home Survey call

    • Installation calls

  • Handoff launch or conversion to normal operations and account management when appropriate

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent

  • 2-4 years of telecommunications industry experience with account management experience preferred

  • Strong English verbal and written skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong time management skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Attainment in identifying a client’s needs and providing strategic solutions
