As part of this investment, Brookfield Infrastructure has entered into a definitive agreement with funds managed by Blackstone to acquire Blackstone’s stake in Hotwire.
Brookfield Infrastructure’s investment reinforces its commitment to digital infrastructure, one of its core investment areas—and will support Hotwire’s long-term growth, including network densification, geographic expansion, and continued innovation in fiber-to-the-home delivery.
