South Florida-based telecommunications company and Internet Service Provider (ISP) Hotwire Communications is excited to welcome Coral Springs City Commissioner and Vice Mayor Joshua Simmons as the newest member of the company’s dedicated Account Management team.
As an Account Manager in Broward County, Mr. Simmons will be responsible for internally coordinating efforts between departments to meet service level agreements, and facilitating a two-way communication between communities, HOA boards, and individual residents with Hotwire Communications, providing customers with direct access to their service provider and guaranteeing Hotwire’s world-class, white glover customer service standards are met.
Joshua is no stranger to representing the interests of Broward County’s residents, having been elected to the Coral Springs City Commission in 2018, teaching Social Studies courses at Coral Springs High School since 2016, and currently serving as the city’s Vice Mayor. With a proven dedication to positively impacting as many people as he can, Joshua is approaching his new role as Account Manager with an eye on making sure residents’ voices are heard, and working alongside local governments to implement technological solutions to improve Broward’s communities.
“I see my role as listening to our residents’ concerns, and helping them get past those concerns by finding solutions that meet their specific needs,” said Mr. Simmons. “Doing this not only helps Hotwire grow and solidifies its reputation when it comes to customer service, it really ensures that residents are getting the help that they need in areas that are of vital and increasing importance to their lives, chief amongst them being reliable, high-speed Internet.”
