Trained support teams handle installation and repair. After installation support teams are available 24/7/365. You can reach a Hotwire employee located in the United States, or a trusted partner team that supports us outside standard business hours.
We start with a proposal, support your board and residents through the vote, build the network, and then schedule consultations and installation for each home.
