Hotwire Communications has been presented with a Silver and Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Team of the Year- Recovery Situation and Woman of the Year in Customer Service categories, respectfully, in the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, and business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
Winners were announced during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, March 3.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and across nearly every industry were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
Among the winners are Hotwire’s Customer Service team, which was recognized for their commitment to providing an unmatched customer experience during and after the impacts of Hurricane Ian which devasted the southwest coast of Florida in September 2022; and Patricia Smith, who received the honor of being named a Woman of the Year in Customer Service for her long-time leadership and inspiration in the industry and at Hotwire.
