South Florida-based telecommunications company and Internet Service Provider (ISP) Hotwire Communications has been presented with two Stevie® Awards at the Silver level for Sales & Customer Service. The first is an “Award for Innovation in Customer Service – Telecommunications Industries” while the second recognizes the “Most Valuable Response by a Customer Service Team” to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Throughout 2020, Hotwire Communications found new and innovative ways to keep its commitment to providing a world-class, white glove service experience to every customer it serves. From giving customers two-way communication between themselves and their service provider through the Hotwire Fision app and Fision Direct text-enabled alert system, to completely redefining the in-home service experience with the Augment Reality product TechSee, Hotwire Communications made it clear to customers that while the world may change in expected ways, the quality of their customer service wouldn’t.

“These awards are a testament to the dedication and perseverance of the entire Hotwire workforce, from our customer service agents and front-line technicians, to our engineers and dedicated account managers,” said Kristin Johnson, CEO, President and Co-founder of Hotwire Communications. “Everyone understood that the services we provide became more important to our customers than ever before, and made it their mission to ensure that customers received those services at exactly the same quality as before, and in ways that accommodated our shared changing circumstances.”

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards®  and International Business Awards®.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees.

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on April 14.

“In the toughest working environment in memory for most organizations, 2021 Stevie Award winners still found ways to innovate, grow sales, please their customers, and secure new business,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher. “The judges have recognized and rewarded this, and we join them in applauding this year’s winners for their continued success.  We look forward to recognizing them on April 14.”
