Hotwire Communications is honored to announce that three of the company’s executives are being recognized by Cablefax in the 2021 edition of the publication’s annual Top 100 rankings. The honorees are Kristin Johnson, Hotwire’s President, CEO & Co-founder, Mandy Esposito, the company’s Senior Vice President of Operations, and Johnathan Bullock, the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Government, all of whom won in the Operations Leaders category.
The Cablefax 100 Power Players ranking recognizes the cable industry’s most influential, impactful, and game changing executives, all of whom set an industry-wide standard for excellence and innovation through their leadership, entrepreneurship, and dedication to serving their local communities. Although Hotwire’s executives have been honored with this distinction in the past, this is the first time that three have been recognized in the Cablefax 100 ranking within the same year.
These rankings continue the trend of Hotwire Communications and its employees being honored nationally for upholding the company’s commitment to providing a world-class, white glove customer service experience that is unparalleled in the industry, as well as a mission statement to innovate and utilize technology and experience to better the communities the company serves.
Over the past year, both Kristin Johnson and Jonathan Bullock have led the company’s efforts to bring broadband Internet services to rural communities, providing residents in those areas with equal access to a powerful tool that has become an essential utility. These efforts resulted in the founding of the Empowering Communities Foundation in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a charitable arm of the company. Through the Empowering Communities Foundation, Hotwire brought fast and reliable broadband Internet to underserved communities that had been left behind during the digital shift to remote work, school, and services.
The ranking also recognizes the company’s quick response to providing customers contactless virtual services that ensured the quality of their customer service experience was maintained during the pandemic, an endeavor that was overseen by Mandy Esposito. With Ms. Esposito’s leadership, Hotwire was able to ramp up the development and launch of services like TechSee. This product uses Augmented Reality (AR) to enable completely contactless virtual visits that connect customers with highly qualified technical experts, as well as utilizing the camera on customers’ smart devices to allow them to perform basic troubleshooting, self-installations, and equipment relocation.
Kristin has also proven Hotwire is the home of innovation, recently launching Fision Multimedia Advertising Solutions, a state-of-the-art advertising solution that utilizes first-party data to offer brands an integrated, multi-platform strategy to reach an affluent, engaged, and tech-savvy audience.
“The three of us immensely honored to be given this recognition by Cablefax,” said Kristin Johnson. “Mandy, Jonathan and I see this as something that reflects on the game changing work the entire company is committed to, a testament to the exceptional level of talent, ingenuity and drive demonstrated by Hotwire’s hundreds of employees. We couldn’t do this without them.”
