LOCAL AND LONG-TERM
Your Hotwire team, for the long run.
The teams who build, install, and support your service are made up of employees dedicated to the communities we serve.
Hotwire technicians do the work.
Trained Hotwire technicians handle installation, repair, and upgrades, and our construction crews work to rigorous safety and cleanliness standards. We build fiber optic infrastructure to outlast the agreement: underground, trenched, and placed in rear easements where feasible.*
*Where conditions allow, we place fiber underground. Depending on the existing infrastructure, fiber placement may require a different installation location. Construction, installation and service activation dates are estimates based on conditions known at the time of issue and are subject to permitting, utility coordination, property access, existing infrastructure, material availability and third-party approvals.
Ready when storms hit.
Fiber strands are glass, not metal, so they do not corrode the way copper does. Moreover, where conditions allow, we install fiber underground. Fision Response, our storm team, prepares the network ahead of major storms, works with our teams to restore service, and keeps residents updated through the MyFision app.
Partnerships measured in years.
Since 2002, we've built our business on long-term agreements. A dedicated team supports you after signing and throughout the duration of your agreement.
