VALUE TO YOUR COMMUNITY
One agreement that works for every home.
When a community buys internet and television service together, residents typically receive a reduced rate than if they would purchase on their own, and the property gains an amenity people look for when they buy or rent.*
WHY BULK
Community agreements save residents money.
A bulk agreement covers every home at a group rate instead of each resident signing up alone. Residents get the same services for less than they would pay individually. The cost is usually part of HOA dues or rent, so there’s less to set up at move-in.*
*Actual results will vary. Financial figures, including revenue share, cost comparisons, and savings are illustrative for projections based on inputs provided by the property and on Hotwire's assumptions as of the date of this document. Nothing contained herein is a guarantee of revenue, take rate, cost savings, occupancy, or resident retention.
-
An amenity, not an expense.
Residents consider fast internet much like a pool and fitness center amenity. In most agreements, the property has the ability to add the amenity without paying for the infrastructure.
-
One agreement, one predictable rate.
No resident has to negotiate with a provider alone, and your board gets a rate it can plan around. One agreement covers the whole community, with one dedicated team accountable for it.
-
Value that lasts.
Because we operate and manage the network, we can increase bulk speeds without the need for new construction during the life of your agreement. A technology refresh commitment is available to keep service current,† and allows residents to add faster speeds, Whole Home Wi-Fi, Smart Home, and more on their own account whenever they're ready.*
*Additional equipment may be required. Technology refresh commitments will vary based on the terms of each bulk agreement.
