Sue Galletto, Vice President of Service Delivery and Client Experience is a seasoned professional in performance driven operational excellence, reputable within the industry for streamlining, optimizing and measuring large scale departments in delivery and client experience.

Roddy Broadnax, Vice President of Business Development, plays a critical role in positioning Hotwire Communications as a premier provider of telecommunications services and fiber optic infrastructure in the Carolinas.  With over 30 years in the telecommunications industry he will lead the Business Development team that will enable Hotwire Communications to meet and exceed growth goals within the region. 

Kelsey Hennighan, Regional Director of Marketing, PR and Sales Support, brings not only her extensive marketing, PR and branding background, but also years of marketing experience in the telecommunications industry.  As Regional Director of Marketing, Hennighan is responsible for all marketing and business development support, and the overall successful execution of corporate branding, marketing and business development campaigns and initiatives throughout the region. 

Mike Hall, Senior Director of Sales, Carolinas Region is responsible for driving sales growth, developing the new Highlands, NC market, as well as driving commercial sales growth for the region, and building a team of dedicated telecommunications enthusiasts.  Cultivating over 30 years of sales, management, operations and telecommunications experience, Mike is highly skilled in transforming teams, establishing new offices and markets and leading through change. 

Jay Campbell, Senior Director of Sales, Salisbury, NC came to Hotwire with over 20 years of industry experience and a reputation as a visionary leader.  He will oversee the Salisbury, NC market tasked with driving sales, account management, customer service, and day-to-day operations of the Hotwire retail store location.
